After working in the hospitality service for many years I realised I was highly stressed and needed a release, so I went to a local yoga class and knew from my first lesson, I had found my passion. A few years later I retrained as a yoga teacher and then went on to further my career and  studied  mindfulness full time and passed my practitioner training (Level I, II, III & Master).

I became passionate about the mind and body I learnt  how to control it through yoga practice and Mindfulness, and  after I realised that my son was on the spectrum and would require a different style of parenting I become a teacher to empower him and all my students to fulfil their full potential without their self-imposed limitations.

The physical practice of yoga and breath extension/Mindfulness has guided me into a complete awareness of the body, which then led to the soul and eventually to a deeper understanding of the mind, and the nature of understanding the self and how to heal the self”.
